Hi, I’m Atiya

Hello, I’m Atiya and welcome to this wellbeing page here in Madrid and online. I help you destress through Yoga, Health Coaching and Thai Massage.

Life can be very busy and challenging. We all need some space to reconnect with ourselves, other people and some self-care.

What I do

I offer group yoga classes, private yoga classes and yoga retreats to all levels, including absolute beginners, for people to feel a sense of empowerment by taking care of themselves, alongside growing a community. I also offer online health coaching for wellness resets and sleep habits.

I work with people from all walks of life but in particular people interested in holistic health and yoga, wanting to have a healthy routine and habits, balancing work and life, while getting to know other people and having some group motivation.

As a former lawyer and primary school teacher, I know how it feels to be stressed and anxious. I use my experience, combining mindful movement and mindset through yoga breathing exercises, poses, healthy food, and relaxation in a welcoming environment to help you feel better physically and mentally.

Health coaching involves giving you the tools, shifting your mindset and adapting your lifestyle so that you can feel great inside and out with healthy routines, without missing out on your favourite foods or past times. 

Yoga Retreats

We run yearly yoga and wellbeing retreats, so that you can relax with yoga, eat delicious food, enjoy a good rest and meet other like-minded people. We all need a retreat in our lives :)
