I started my professional life as a lawyer in London and started to experience anxiety, low moods and difficulty sleeping.
How can you trust that I can help you? Because I’ve done it myself!
After 8 years of struggling with sleep, googling everything, listening to podcasts, reading, trying different supplements and feeling like nothing was actually working, I slowly started to put the pieces together.
I became a yoga teacher, nutritionist and naturopath and developed this very specific method with natural tools.
This is how this coaching program has come about and why I believe applying this unique method for at least 8 weeks will help you improve your sleep.
I now sleep generally really well. Occasionally I don’t have a good night’s sleep but it doesn’t happen every day and if it does, it doesn’t derail me in the same way it used to.
My biggest mission is to support others dealing with stress and overwhelm to build in a fun and balanced healthy lifestyle.

When you sign up and make payment, shortly after I will send you a welcome email, including a questionnaire so I can understand your needs better. You will also receive a link to choose a time for our first call together.

In addition to the weekly 60 minute calls, you will need to set aside around at least 30 minutes a day to implement the elements of the program. Remember what you put in is what you will get out of it :)

Tools include yoga (no prior experience needed), nutrition (as a nutritionist we will adapt your nutrition to what you are currently eating and make small adjustments), meditation or journaling, depending on what you are interested in. I will show you step by step what you need to do.
