Having been a lawyer in London, a primary school teacher and setting up my yoga & wellness business, I have had lots of experiences where self-care has been put on the back-burner through lack of time and exhaustion. While working as a yoga teacher, nutritionist and naturopath, I studied, worked with clients, observed and devised a method that works for me and others.
